Jitters are quite common. It's usually less about the session and me, and more about the themes you're readying to confront. Know that you get to choose what and when you're ready for. Showing up doesn't mean you have to confront everything at once. Take a deep breath - the growth happens one at a time.

You can expect each session to be different- custom for your moment. We'll talk about how things are going, identify the themes for the session, and dive into using any of my techniques and skills. You can expect to feel grounded, safe, respected, and challenged.

Somewhat. While I do have pre-designed "classes," I prefer to work in real-time to choose the movements that are ripe in the moment.

Take care of yourself. Eat, sleep, rest, connect. If you can spare 5-10 minutes before and after sessions to decompress from your daily life, you'll likely get more out of it.

1-1 sessions are virtual, though in-person is available upon request.
Group sessions and workshops are available virtually and in-person.
